  • The promoter of this promotion is: BizSpace Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: 1-4 Pall Mall East, London, England, SW1Y 5AU. Company number: 05988148 (‘BizSpace’).
  • The Promotional Period starts at 9:00 am on 1 February 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm on 30 April 2023.
  • The promotion is open to new customers that enter into a minimum 12-month agreement with BizSpace during the Promotional Period with a total contract value greater than £5000.
  • The participants enquiry will not have been received by any broker/web broker source.
  • How to Participate: Participants must contact BizSpace and book a viewing of the site they wish to rent. Participants must then sign a minimum 12-month agreement. Once all documents are signed, and the validations and deposits are received the new tenant may move into their new workspace.
  • For agreements signed between 1 February and 31 March 2023, a £500 reward will be paid in the form of Love to Shop vouchers. For agreements signed between 1 April and 30 April 2023, a £250 reward will be paid in the form of Love to Shop vouchers.

    • This promotion is not valid for existing customers whose agreements are due to end during the promotional period. All businesses are allowed to enter, as long as they meet the rules and regulations set by each location.
  • Liability: insofar as is permitted by law, BizSpace will not be liable to entrants of this promotion whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with this promotion.
  • Termination: BizSpace is entitled to terminate or amend this promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
