Set over five floors, Roden House has a variety of studio spaces for small and growing businesses. Our studios benefit from lots of natural light and have plenty of sought-after amenities. Studio spaces come unfurnished, allowing you to make the space your own.

We have simple one-page licence agreements for short-term rentals or leases for longer-term rentals. Signing up is quick and easy – and all our terms are transparent.

Move in
You could be set up and ready to go within an hour. Our dedicated centre managers are on hand to support you during and after moving in.
